"The vigorous sound of The Young Liars is reminiscent of mid-2000s UK garage rock revival bands. There's a good amount of hop-pity-hop beats to carry its slash and burn power chordings and snickering vocals. Their newest single "One Eyed Jones" captures that youthful energy of a band still burning to make a mark. It features cavernous layers of distorted guitars, reverbial vocals - complete with faux-British accent - and good amount of danceability. Derivative as its is, this Jones shows that The Young Liars is a band filled with desire and energy to get a crowd going. The song would make the indie crowd happy."

We began working the first EP’s, 'The Young Liars EP' in early 2009. The album was recorded in Revolver Studios, Jakarta and was produced by Bayu Renno. 'The Young Liars EP' was released on December 2009 and contains 3 songs: Here Alone, Are You Take All of Parts, It’s The Beginning Of The End.
