This Christmas I'm hard pressed to find anyone not going through health issues, it has been a hard year for some right across the board.  I personally had a number of melt downs in the last 2 weeks, not proud of it, but I know that for everyone having a hard time in silence, they don't mind me mentioning this.  I feel for you, I wish you a much better year ahead.   Even if you feel you 'don't got this',  you may find in a just a little while, you definitely found it again, just around the corner, just in time.  Love you all.
