Most excellent musical west coast Canadian heroes Current Swell came back to the Zone for a chit chat & live performance in the Afternoon Zone ahead of the release of their new album "When to Talk and When to Listen. 

In the chat we discussed the recording of the new album with it's very accomplished producer, the Tall Tree Music Festival and their live Facebook video with Dylan Willows. Then they perform the new single It Ain't Right followed by the first cut off the new album, a gorgeous heart wrenching tribute called Marsha.

Jill Yoneda swam for 10 and a half hours yesterday in the freezing salt water, the full 34 kms between Dungeness Spit near Port Angeles and Clover Point.  After a quick trip to the hospital to be treated for hypothermia, she came by the Zone for a chat.
