I made this beat at my cousins place. he was hosting me at the time whilst i was working for a local bank. That was 16 years ago in 2005. I would return from work and make music, until i had finished with my work there yet remained and produced music with most of my time. when i eventually returned home the music remained at my cousins residence. It was not until 2017 when my cousin who himself is an astute producer paid me a visit and reintroduced me to some of  the old music. That is when this beat became the songa that is  "I'm A Zulu"

Falling in Love with Jesus

This is a recording I made in 2012. It's a classic "chorus" derived from Zulu gospel music that most of the community learn in their youth. I have literally taken the song apart and put it back together again. And I hope it is to your liking. Especially those who know the song well in its original form "yasemakhaya"

Ithemba Lami

All I can say is that I made this song in a matter of hours. I was looking to perform Sam Smith's Stay with me at a dinner I was invited to. The song gave me trouble and I ended up writing my own lyrics to the backtrack. On the day I went to work where we were holding a circumcision camp in Nongoma. Around 12 noon we were done with that. I went home to record this song and was done by 15h30 at which time I had to Drive roughly 300km to Durban to make it to ths dinner by 19h00. I was driving myself and had to change whilst driving along the way. I arrive on time but true to the nature of all the events leading up to the surprise performance, it was all a disaster and I could not recall the lyrics... ther was just crickets... twas embarrassing but it passed and the lady I had accompanied appreciated the recording thereafter. Shoutout to Sjabu Xaba my cousin who has irritated many many people with her love for my music and particularly this song. muchlove cuz!!!
