So much fun composing outdoors with the OP-1. A car passed by when I was sampling my voice, I thought it wasn't too distracting. Happy little accidents!

Talk About Lights

Had a lot of fun with this one! Started by sampling my beloved OB-6 here and built up on that with the modular system. There’s quite a bit of randomness in this patch, as you will sometimes hear. There is good fun to be had pitch shifting the kick, like I tried to do live during this session. I need more practice though :)

In this recording I let the modular patch play for quite a while, before adding some percussions and having fun with mixing on the go. I meant to record this as material to use for a more polished track, but since I keep getting back to it, I am uploading as is, raw from recording, good or bad.
