Darmec’s remix of Mark Sherry’s collab with Gene Karz - ‘Spacewarp’ - recently went to #1 on the Beatport ‘hard techno’ chart and stayed there for over 10 weeks! This uber-talented producer is now back on TBR with his own EP that features the tracks 'My Silence' & 'Bavaria'. The former is in Darmec's trademark slamming techno style but has an almost 'trance-like' feel, whereas the latter adds even more diversity to the release: with it's twisted rave sirens, eerie sound-scape and thunderous kickdrum. Crashguard also known as Pascal Quadratemps started as a one man techno project and he had his first release on USA Import in Antwerp Belgium. This is where he met the legendary artist M.I.K.E. Push and went on to release a few projects as Musix together. Eventually this paved the way for what soon became their pseudo collaboration together of today – Crashguard. After a few years the boys teamed up and decided to combine a very melodic, yet dark-techno sound of today. The indistinguishable melodic techno sounds of M.I.K.E. Push in combination with Pascal’s darker techno touch make tremendous chemistry in their productions that works brilliantly on the dancefloors.

So for this one I wanted to do something a little different from my normal, so I went down the melodic route, Expect dreamy chord progressions, huge drone Bassline, beautiful vocals, and some twisted synth work for good measure.
