Thick as Thieves is the coming together of three young music makers from Cheshire.

Since their self-released debut, ‘Pass Down The Wine EP’ the trio have begun moving away from their earlier acoustic sound thanks to the addition of bass.

Now with the rock solid rhythm section of Aaron Walker (drums) and Oli Myers (bass guitar) and the casual licks and swaggering gravel of Sam Platt’s guitar and voice, Thick As Thieves’ songs of heedless nightlife debauchery (‘Night Club’, ‘Pass Down The Wine’) are quickly making a name for themselves in the Cheshire and Manchester area.

Thick as Thieves have the essence of classic americana rock n’ roll while maintaining a very Northern British sound reminiscent, but not derivative, of bands like Oasis.
