and all the papers, they're all on fire.

Every pen is like a spear now, 
and there's a spear in every hand I see
and while the color guard is marching on the playground

prove false upon the rifleman?

until the cannonballs are falling in the yard?

4.19 Sirens {improv}

There's a black bird out my window today in lockdown. I have learned that his name is B.B. Chatterbox. I stood at the window with a guitar and we jammed together.  This isn't a true "journal entry" cause I had written this first melody before the recording. But it's the closest I've got today.

Every time a siren passes, the neighbors dog tries to bark the scary noises away. So far it has not been effective, but I commend the effort. For today's journal entry, I hung a mic out the window and played along.  
As with other journal entries, this is one take, no edits, just played form the heart.
