Here is my mix dedicated to celebrating me joining the HOW Records team. Blending infectious house grooves with ethereal trance and 90's/rave melodies, the mix is meant to be a showcase of my versatility. With precision, I tried to craft a journey whilst building up energy throughout. This mix is not just a celebration of the recent contract, but an introduction to my diverse styles as DJ under the banner of HOW Records. It's a promise of thrilling sonic adventures and a tribute to the beginning of an exciting musical partnership.

The first entry in the PowerHouse series, mixed by series creator Jesse Blake. I’ve been aiming to create and develop a style blending the boundaries between fun and feel good house, euphoric complexities of progressive house and an abundance of selections from the late 90s era. I’ve really enjoyed the focus on the journey of a mix, which I’ve tried to weave in through the hour (+some) of listening.

Lasse's sets can be mystery boxes in the sense that they cover various genres. However, they usually include fast, melodic and percussive elements with the aim of creating an inclusive, groovy party vibe. Together with fellow Bunker resident Diek's Disco, he founded the collective Freiraum, which organises parties in northern Germany. He also started releasing music under his alias RENT A TENT.

This is my take on HI-LO's Athena. I made it into a more deep, less ravey track, but tried to keep the dark, mysterious vibe of the drop into it. I hope you enjoy!
