April 11, 2021 marks the 10 year anniversary of SHAOLIN JAZZ and the debut of our 1st mixtape project, The 37th Chamber. To commemorate this decade of dopeness we're adding a special installment to our tribute mixtape series called SENSEI Q; in honor of the legendary music mogul Quincy Jones. The 5-track EP features cinematic samples and breaks from the immensely underrated and accomplished catalog of film scores and movie soundtracks produced and composed by Jones. And in true SHAOLIN JAZZ fashion, each track is laced with the lyrical prowess of the iconic rap group Wu-Tang Clan. There’s also guest appearances by the late great Notorious B.I.G. and Wu-Tang affiliate Shabazz the Disciple.
