"This mix was recorded in July 2021 at an indoor club in Omotesando, when lockdown was briefly loosen and was allowed to party at night little bit (maybe for about 2 weeks). It’s an excerpt of that all nighter set I have played, everyone wearing mask so was not able to see their faces but seemingly people were having a good time."

This mix is part of a live set at Paloma 30th of March this year.

With years of experience as a record store buyer (she is currently an advisor at Newtone Records in Osaka) YAMA is consistently exploring new sounds. 

Her expert blend of uplifting grooves with deep, psychedelic soundscapes has earned her praise from multitudes of dancers in Japan – as well as some of the most respected DJs in the world. Her steady, confident mixing has the power to move bodies and minds with equal skill, inevitably locking in dancefloors as soon as she gets behind the decks.
