The collaboration with Modular Project continues in 2019 with the release of 'Vivid Poison', their new single.
Alberto Iovine and Alessandro Fumagalli started to work together in 2015, joined by a strong love for music and vintage synths, and now they are running their own record label Nothing Is Real, spreading their music in Italy and around Europe.

Their electronic style is influenced by new wave and 80’s sound fusing powerful drums, pulsating synths for an emotional impact. ‘Vivid Poison' is the perfect example of this mixture.
Originally conceived after a jamming in the studio, after listening to a lot of Italo disco music, the song comes to life thanks to the collaboration with the artist Eleonora Zaripova.
The Russian-Tartarian artist now living in Berlin has a classical music education and jazz-experience. Her beautiful voice transmits fragility and strength, melancholy and soul, and fit perfectly with the music produced by Alberto and Alex, taking us back in time.

The release also includes two valuable remixes. After her debut on Rebirth in 2017 Perel is back on the label with two strong remixes combining the original vocals with her unique 90’s synth pop sound.
Tel Aviv artist Nadav Spiegel aka Autarkic, follows his productions on Disco Halal, Golf Channel and Turbo with a powerful remix, injecting his modern Israeli vibe, filthy, intensive yet emotional.

Exclusive Jennifer Touch - Hollow Flake

Berlin based artist Jennifer Touch appears for the third time on Riotvan's anthology Familiar Faces. After contributing Pearl and Bleed to the first respectively the second installment for the (almost) annual series, Jennifer returns to her mother label with Hollow Flake, which – after the postponment of her album Behind The Wall – makes time probably pass more quickly until July. However and detached from current caesura around the globe Hollow Flake is the opposite of a hollow flake but rich and demanding in its sound selection, its arrangement and composition. Bubbling acid bleeps mark the track's beginning, set the mood, set the tone, set the vibe and are amplified with unevenly arranged beats and Jennifer's vocals as both (re)approach in the course of the track. Hence hollow disco-esque chords link the partly spoken and sung lyrics and also add futuristic esthetics shrouded in wafts of mist. 

Familiar Faces Nº 3 will be released on Riotvan on March 27th, 2020.

LASMO is a Polish duo composed of Jaroslaw Smolny, well-known to everyone from previous house music projects performed together with Catz'n Dogz or SLG and his friend Tomasz Lachowski, currently taking bold steps in the world of techno music.

They made their first moves on the native music scene in 2017. In April, they conducted and played on the TECHNO Conference in Lodz and continued on the second edition of Lodz Electronic Music Festival DOMOFFON, performing alongside Jonas Kopp, Anthony Rother, Dopplereffekt and others.

Their joint enthusiasm and energy pushed them towards taking action in the studio, resulting in a dozen of fresh and strongly energetic techno tunes. They do not intend to let the grass grow under their feet and continue their work on a new music material. The result of their cooperation was a brand new label called Interval Records.
