"Pentatonic Ruins" is MANSUR’s 5th release on Denovali - it follows the 2022 "Oscuras Flores" album. "Pentatonic Ruins" is more of a song adaptation album than a new material album. It highlights the vocals of Martina Horvath and presents a collection of Mansur songs in a more hypnotic and trance like manner. This album can be seen as songs for transcendental rituals.

Emphasis on vocals this time, because it still feels quite new to me and I needed to explore that, also I am finding myself quite drawn to the singing as a creative tool, and I took the songwriting thing to heart this time. That release is subsequently easier to listen to than previous work (maybe?), the tracks are short and somewhat formulaic. 

I hope that the next thing will be a full length album because to me it is the best way of relating to making music, but that was ripe to release.
