The very best things come
in small packages
You’ve got a little friend in me

A mouse and cricket were hopping along together on a sunny day,
When they came up to a rock over which the mouse could not hop, so the mouse climbed up and away
....and the mouse said...

OH NO! OH GEE! IT SURELY CANNOT BE!
A lion’s nose, I propose, is right underneath me!
Please let me go king lion! Please let me run away!
I’m less than a snack, so please put e back and maybe I can help you someday.
Because....

A few days later a bird flew up high, calling that the lion was caught. Where Where? I must hurry there and untie the knot!
I’ve heard that Big friends are strong Tall friends are fast
Funny friends make us laugh But the kindest will always last.

Chewing chewing chewing, through the rope in no time the lion did fall, From the tree the mouse set him free with all of his courage and hope.

The Mouse And The Lion

Strollin’ on the beach on a stormy day
Crab was surprised to see lobster getting ready to sail away “Fantastic seeing you here,” Said the Lobster to the Crab The Crab gazed back nervously noticing the raft
The Crab said, “have you noticed all the holes that fill your vessel? If you try to sail with that you’ll wet more than your whistle?”

Chorus: 
Braving Stormy weather is awfully hard to do
But in the end things will change and you will make it through

Off to sea they paddled far away from shore,
The crashing of turbulent waves excited lobster more. The little boat capsized and sank to the ocean floor, Crab felt so scared he had been through such horror.
“We are so brave” Lobster proudly said,
But crab was so relieved that he did not bump his head.

Off they went for a stroll on the ocean floor
Crab was glad he braved the storm and adventured forever more.

Everyone laughed at the tortoise
He was so very very slow
The fastest of the land was a rabbit they called hare, And he bragged about how fast he could go

Chorus:
Slow and steady wins the race
So keep on going at your own pace
at your own pace

Hare hopped super fast along the corn fields The tortoise crawled very very slow
So hare took a nap amongst the tall warm grass And the tortoise kept moving along

Tortoise crept quietly past snoozing hare Over a hill and far away
When hare awoke he visited his friends And did not see tortoise win the day
