Inspired by an incredible speech I heard by Gary Yourofsky's on animal rights and veganism, this song shows the conflict humans face when knowing and being genuinely touched by the frightening conditions of animals in factory farms, but not really grasping how to change our habitual life style.

I am an Herbivore

I spent the last few months writing these original songs, and had the chance to record a rough demo version at the New York Studio- Stadium Red.  Some songs are unfinished, but all are basic versions with piano and voice.  My newly founded piano playing is to support the melody, but I am really looking for a electronic music producer to do something funky with these tunes. The first verse of this song is from a fantastic Shel Silverstein poem called "Magic", because I really liked the poem. Also, my biological mother calls me "fortune baby" because I seemed to appear out of nowhere with my twin brother, 6 months into her pregnancy, which made the whole thing work out ok.
