Over the course of the pandemic, I've been challenging myself to grow, both as a person and a creative. I chose to push myself creatively with this project and change how I wrote lyrics and melodies. I could not be happier with the result.

The message of this EP is the same one I've been giving myself for two years now: it's not selfish to take care of you.
