Joining the likes of VLTRA, BizZa, Sergio Saffe, Antss, and others, the Bari-based DJ/producer steps out on the groove-focused imprint with four new tracks, set to release on 9th August 2024.
Amidst his European ‘Somebody Tour’, Italian DJ/producer Sante Sansone is thrilling audiences with his high-energy performances and upcoming appearances at Elrow at Amnesia, Way Out at 93 Feet East, and Abode at Eden. Already in the thick of the action for 2024, with tracks on Dennis Cruz and Eddy M’s MÜSE, Rafa Barrios BANDIDOS, and Classmatic’s Organic Pieces, he now explores new territory with a debut on Ilario Alicante’s Sound D’Elite, where he unveils his four-track EP ‘On The Ground’.
Opening the package, ‘Late Night’ crafts a skippy dark groove with chopped-up vocal snippets and crisp drums that transition into deep, dubby textures. Following with more dancefloor fuel, ‘On The Ground’ features chugging drum beats and deep, swinging rhythms that serve as the ultimate party starter. Next up, ‘Blackworks’ delivers R&B funk with its smooth, laid-back groove and low-slung bassline. Returning to Hot Creations, having first appeared on the label in 2019 with ‘Discow’, Colombian DJ/producer Jholeyson links up with fellow countryman Luis Martinez in what will be Martinez’ label debut. Established talents in their own right, the duo have enjoyed solo success from Martinez’s Marco Carola backed ‘YAY BOY’ to Jholeyson’s recent anthem ‘PK Dora’, with releases on prestigious labels including Solid Grooves, Deeperfect, Hellbent and Hottrax. Fusing Martinez’s vibrant sound, which draws from his love of 90s house, with Jholeyson’s eclectic tones and deep affection for the Latin genres that surrounded him during his formative years, they unite on Jamie Jones’ revered imprint with the zesty sounds of ‘Chewtastic’.

Jholeyson then goes solo for ‘Faceboom’, diving into even deeper basslines that grovel and growl under minimal but impactful samples before driving the beat up to its peak. Closing out the EP with a dignified rhythm, Martinez unveils ‘XXX’ and leans into a hip hop-esque cadence, securing the cuts with a confident clutch.

Originally from Medellin, Colombia, Luis Martinez is a DJ from 2007, Music Producer and Musicist of drums, percussion, piano, guitar and bass from young age.

His sound has continued to evolve and develop into a deep, minimal, groovy and melodic vibes influenced by the 90s house sound and for his collection of vinyl: pop,  rnb, funky and more genre.

Luis´s rich catalogue boasts great music from 2011 and his owns a host of impressive released on best labels in the World such as Hot Creations, Cuff, Deeperfect, Rawthentic, What Nxt, TBX Records just to name a few.

He performed in Countries at: Italy, Romania, Portugal, Spain, Hungary, Greece, Germany, UK, Croatia, Moldova, Russia, France, Serbia, Germany, Switzerland, Holland, Colombia, Ecuador, Perù, Chile, Mexìco and many more.

His production pedigree was quickly identified by some of the scene’s most respected tastemakers some Marco Carola the 2014 with his success 'YAY BOY' and with early outings on prestigious labels and has helped him to get his name all around the Worldwide and Tech-House Music scene.

Luis looks to further cement his deserved place among electronic house music’s elite!
