I don't see nothing wrong, with a little bump and grind. Sex is the topic this week, so let's get real this week. In order for people to embrace their sexuality, we have to be ok with talking about it. This week the ladies tackle SEX, something no one is comfortable with.

We switched it up just a little! Instead of the drink of the week, we're giving "TIPS" of the week to all of the new college freshman 2018! The end of the school year is quickly approaching and we want to send them off with good vibes! We wish we had someone to give us the tea on college "do and don'ts" before we went. Dear Life is a new podcast hosted by Michelin Smith (@Michelin.S) and Sheryl Dillon (@just_me_lee89). With both friends being from different parts of the world, we decided to come together and tell our truths.
