"Fix Yourself" is a track centered around the idea of taking care of yourself.  In this life, the practice of self care is isn't prioritized, and much of the time is neglected.  I know that personally I have struggled with taking care of myself in the past and still do is some aspects to this day.  Sometimes we all need a powerful reminder that when we aren't physically, mentally, and spiritually healthy our bodies will hurt as a result.  On the other side of that same coin, self-care can change one's life, and the drop in this track highlights the feelings involved in this transformation.  We we "fix ourselves," life gets better.
