Today Turkish-Italian multi-instrumentalist and rising music icon Carlita joins forces with German DJ and production duo Andhim to release their debut collaborative track ‘Life.’ The euphoric single will be followed by the release of their full EP, Life, via Life And Death imprint on May 12th.
A skillfully crafted emotive soundscape, ‘Life’ blends Carlita’s eclectic versatility and kaleidoscopic sonic vision together with Andhim’s signature ‘super house’ sound. We’re welcoming Swiss DJ and producer, Andrea Oliva to the Nothing Else Matters roster this month with his debut single; ‘Dancing, No Sleep’ which also features a remix from label head honcho; Danny Howard. Andrea is one of the busiest DJs in the industry with close ties to ANTS Ibiza, Elrow and Music On as well as some of the world’s best festivals. Over the last decade, he has released music on some of the biggest labels in Dance including EP’s on Relief, Saved Records, elrow, Truesoul and Hot Creations to name but a few. ‘Dancing, No Sleep’ is a hard-hitting club cut, building through various filters, synths and playful loops with a hypnotic vocal throughout and shuffling hi-hats, bouncing b-line and accompanying chunky, heavy house drums. Danny Howard’s remix offers a deeper, more chilled out, take on the original with intricate percussive effects alongside the mesmeric vox and enticing synth flutters and indulgent grooves throughout. Once again this is another powerful Nothing Else Matters release that cannot fail to make a mark.

For the second VA EP, Nora En Pure introduces a diverse three-track compilation to Purified Records. Opening the EP on an uplifting note, Chris Luno’s ’The Ride’ infuses electro synths and a captivating vocal to create an addictive cut that will leave listeners wanting more. Discognition devises an atmospheric soundscape with ‘Almost There’ by combining an airy vocal, delicate piano chords and an uplifting bassline, resulting in a slice of sonic bliss. Le Roy’s ’Singularity’ closes the compilation with a bang. Moving into a darker realm, Le Roy fuses a hard-hitting bassline with soaring vocals, resulting in a moody creation that has already made a solid impact in Nora En Pure’s sets.
