Label [PIRANHA SIBERIA DUB] is proud to present its latest 42nd release — "Jökull (Talandi ís) EP" by Seabra Monkey (@seabra_monkey), a talented artist from Amsterdam, Netherlands. This EP includes four original tracks and five unique remixes by dub techno masters such as Radio Badjay (@radiobadjay), Oldschool_Dubtechno .Producer (@enercube and @x_fr), Rick Fox (@dj_rick_fox) and Hopler Route (@hopler-route-audio).

"Jökull (Talandi ís) EP" invites the listener on a fascinating journey through the land of ice and fire — Iceland. You will visit magnificent glaciers like Vatnajökull, Langjökull, Hofsjökull, and Myrdalsjökull. In Icelandic, "Jökull" means "glacier," and "Talandi ís" means "talking ice." If you listen closely to the four tracks on this album, you can hear the pulsating sound of the glaciers, as if they are speaking to you, trying to explain that they are slowly dying. Their impressive beauty is melting away over time, and this album is a message about the need to raise awareness of global warming and preserve the unique beauty of our glaciers for future generations. It is an audio message addressed to humanity.

These compositions are filled with deep atmospheres and melodies that convey the beauty and tragedy of Icelandic glaciers. The vocal elements of the album include an Icelandic poem that enhances the mystical atmosphere and conveys the voice of nature:

The glaciers rock and ice in various colors break, sounds in the night nearer, over the shores they float
The kingdom of Iceland’s glaciers reflected on the field, impulses in a sea of corpses as countries light they shine

Remixes by Radio Badjay, Oldschool_Dubtechno .Producer, Rick Fox and Hopler Route add their unique elements to the soundscape, creating diverse and rich sonic landscapes and unforgettable accents, expanding the EP's sound palette and reinforcing the album's message about the importance of preserving natural wonders.

Andreo initially began his musical career by performing at private parties and has since been spinning in many prestigious venues and clubs across the globe, such as B018, GrubanandGroove, Orient and Express, establishing a name for himself in the regional electronic scene.
