Electronic new wave husband and wife team, Liberty Valentine and Random Stoddard met while both performing in a theatre production in Sydney and have spent the following years flourishing in film, art and music. Drawing upon their mutual love of Gainsbourg, early 80s synth pop and chillcore folk, they joined creative forces as the audacious indie duo The Freaks in Love.  

Their propelling stage presence and potent arrangements is the essence of their magic.  After writing and recording in Paris they gravitated to the artistic hub of the San Fernando valley, Los Angeles, and are now releasing their debut 4 track EP 'Yee Yaa'.

In 2015 they released “Feels Like it Should” with GT and Wildfire on Vicious Records, which has clocked up over 6+ millions Spotify streams worldwide.
