Slow Down (ft. Jorja Smith) [nøgs Hardtechno Flip]

As story-telling within a song is a crucial criteria for my track selection, I pursue the goal to take the crowd on a journey during my sets as well. The idea behind this set was to catch the listener right in the beginning with slow dark drops, epic build ups and euphoric vocals. After introducing the crowd to the darker side of melodic techno I moved forward with a main stage, big room sound which stands out by its extremely high production quality and exceptional sound design. Transition tracks, extremely diverse but usually with a lower energy level, help me to build smooth transitions between genres and styles. The second third of my set stands out by showcasing groovy and driving baselines which are supported by oriental vocals harmonizing with the epic vocal parts in the beginning of the set. Afterwards, the driving basslines transform into floating basslines mixed with vicious, metallic drops, which change into a hypnotic atmosphere before I close with a groovy peak time techno track. I hope you can follow my ideas and enjoy the set. I definitely loved preparing and playing it. - Hádes

For the second episode of the new „Nothing to loose“ podcast series Niklas Mauerbrecher (@chongs07) has cooked a driving Hard Groove set, which combines energetic drops and dynamic breaks to a harmonic artistic synthesis.

As a part of the music and art collective MOTION (@moto_mz) Niklas has made himself a name in the rhine-mine area since the past few years. By bringing always matching tunes together, he is forming a very matching sound which also can get very hard and powerful mid and late set. His talent also let him to play multiple times for Sweetspot collective(@mara-simge), a project bringing finest electronic events in an oldschool techno charme back to Mainz and around.

A very personal memory for me was his set this summer at Gallery Kurzweil in Darmstadt. Never seen a crowd so hypnotized and full of energy from a DJ Set for a very long time! It’s a pleasure for me to have Niklas in this episode and bringing this masterpiece of electronic music to you my dear listeners. So now let him take you on a trip, enjoy the ride!! 🖤✨🚕

Her Set is a different journey through various emotions. It's always about creating a vibe. There is no limits in terms of genres. 
It is inspired by Drum & Bass, (Psy-) Trance/Tribe and Hard Dance as she combines driving basslines and melodic, groovy, trancy fast melodies. Tribal elements are also part of this.

Franzis generous vibes and her out-sparking talent on decks create atmospheres you can’t miss in the rhein-main techno scene.
