honestly this song is exactly how i felt when i was facing a tough decision about martial arts- an activity i'd done for about 4 years- when i felt like it had gotten to a point where doing it was more harm than good. i quit about a month ago and i feel way happier, lighter, better. this song captures exactly how i felt every time i went to go do martial arts and it helped me realize that my commitment wasn't good for me anymore and i'm so happy i came across it when i did. thank you rob thomas for producing such amazing things :)
