เพลงนี้แต่งมาจากชีวิตรักที่ไม­่สมหวังของ เฉลิม (ร้องนำ) ที่พยายามควบคุม บังคับ จิตใจไม่ให้รู้สึกดีกับใครคนหนึ่ง แต่ยิ่งห้าม ยิ่งฝืนเท่าไหร่ ก็พบว่าตัวเองเริ่มมีอาการ "หนัก"มากขึ้นเท่านั้น
