"thomfjord debuts stunning "Intrastellar" EP for the launch of Le Youth's new PRGRSSN label.

Its not often a brand new artists comes along with such a head turning first release, but the California based thomfjord is setting the bar about as high as it can go with this dazzling, atmospheric 3 tracker on Le Youth's new record label PRGRSSN. The package, quite fittingly, also features a beautiful remix from the label boss himself who had this to say;

"PRGRSSN began as a party concept I started last year and came from a want to create more intimate shows with fewer distractions and more space to enjoy the music. I wanted to limit these shows to a core group of people that were interested in dancing and creating memories, rather than flashy lights and bottle service. The intention behind this was to create community and inspire passion through music and these shows ended up being some of the most memorable shows of my career....A couple of months ago I flirted with the idea of starting a record label based on this concept. Artists both new and established began sending demos in and here we are... On April 17th, I'm launching PRGRSSN records with an absolutely beautiful E.P. from a new artist named thomfjord. It's deep, emotional, and complex." Le Youth

Having supported Le Youth on a number of PRGRSSN events over the past few months at some of the best dance clubs in LA, San Francisco and Seattle, thomfjord delivers on the opening of his recording career and the PRGRSSN imprint with a captivating debut EP.
