After a whirlwind 12 months, rising electronic music star, French Candian live act, CRi, returns with his first original solo EP since his acclaimed debut album ‘Juvenile’ at the close of 2020. CRi’s JUNO Award nominated and NAAC Electronic #1 album ‘Juvenile’, alongside the string of A-list LP remixes that followed from the likes of Gerd Janson, DJ BORING and Kornél Kovács, total over 14M streams to date and awarded the young producer international praise from DJ Mag, Clash and NME.

Following lead single ‘No Mission’, debuted during his spectacular live performance from La Ronde theme park in Quebec in February this year, CRi now shares his full three track EP ‘To You’, featuring two previously unheard originals, ‘To You’ and ‘Lonely Romance’.

EMA - Electronic Music Anthem is pleased to present Jickow on 'Sounds Of Krafted'.

Born in the south of France, Jickow is a DJ, producer and event organiser who has carved out a place for himself in the world of electronic music.

It all started in the south of France, between Montpellier and Marseille, where Jickow has been shaking up the electro scene. DJ, artistic director, manager of a booking agency, he is at the heart of the night world.

It is finally in Belgium that Jickow has fully blossomed as an essential part of the Brussels nightlife. After a 4-year break, he came back with the "Hedonism Party Crew" project which was a real success in Brussels. Since then, the collective's parties have reached new clubs such as Club Vaag in Antwerp or Rex Club in Paris.

After all these years in the nightclub scene, Jickow has developed an intimate relationship with music and takes the time to produce because Jickow is a lover of melodies, sound and rhythm which he then takes pleasure in sharing with the public.

In the last two years, his productions have been released on Movement Recordings, Resopal Schallware (vinyl and digital), Natura Viva, Area Verde or Deep House Belgium & Beatfreak with the support of big names in electronic music, such as Solomun, Âme, Sven Vath, Armin Van Buuren, Ricardo Villalobos, Joris Voorn, Dubfire, Pete Tong, Paul Oakenfold, Damian Lazarus, Maceo Plex, Joseph Capriati, Sasha, Marco Carola and many more...

Cat No SO199 is the right reference that will not leave indifferent lovers of good contemporary electronic music.

Following up his second full length album ‘Little By Little’ from last year, Lane 8 returns to his spiritual home on Anjunadeep. As seen on Anjunadeep 10 through the lens of a James Grant and Jody Wisternoff edit, ‘Feld’ features vibrant organic synths combined with choir-like vocals, whilst ‘Anthracite’ sees him team up with Anjuna mainstay Tinlicker on a hard-hitting club monster. Ryan Davis also returns to Anjunadeep to mould an IDM-infused techno perspective on ‘Feld’, reinventing the airy nature of the original into a dark, brooding remix.

The Flood feat. Nevve

Fly Boy Records favourites @myfrienduk are back with their ‘In & Out’ EP. 3 stand out tracks that flaunt the duo’s ever expanding ability to push the boundaries of dance music production.

We open with the gutsy title track ‘In & Out’ - a rolling melodic techno beast, donning sharp synth lines & crispy percussion underpinned by an earth shaking kick drum. A surefire weapon for lockdown DJ sets.

We move through the EP into ‘Everyday’ - chunky drums and a driving bass line push this club ready track forward, sprinkled tastefully with vocal snippets and countering synth lines to keep ravers and headphone listeners equally satisfied.

We finish up with the weird and wavy ‘Chicken Lizard’ - A real ‘journey’ track, with a pulsing, melodic synth progression taking centre stage. Reverbed FX, synth lines and vocals fill the sound spectrum, bringing us to a large pay off towards the end of the tune and rounding off this EP nicely.
