Returning to Colorize following 2020’s ‘Clockwork’ EP, on ‘Holding On’, Braxton showcases his impressive production to deliver an atmospheric track made for peak-time dancefloors. Lauren L’aimant’s stunningly poignant vocal works perfectly with the intense, throbbing beats and pulsating basslines which build to a euphoric finale. 
 
‘Holding On’ was produced with the re-opening of clubs in mind and the return to better times. Braxton says: “I’d been stuck indoors, desperate to write music for dark and sweaty clubs. Then Lauren came along, and we decided to create this track together. I think we made something that’s important. The last 18 months have been incredibly tough for a lot of people. We’ve all got so much good stuff to get back to, it’s almost time to dust ourselves off and get out there again – have a dance, have a cuddle, listen to some bangers.”
 
Lauren L’aimant said: “‘Holding On’ tells the story of addictive love – the kind that consumes and brings you to your knees. I wrote the lyrics when I was caught up in a narcissistic relationship, with little strength to retreat. Braxton's slick production connects with those words, using music to embody the deep, dark journey I embarked on, through a less beautiful side of love.'
 
Brighton-based Producer & DJ Braxton is going from strength to strength, following his recent releases on Anjunadeep - ‘Indigo’ EP and his ‘My Stripes’ remix collaboration with Marsh. Braxton’s impressive list of supporters include Pete Tong, Danny Howard, Eli & Fur, Adam Beyer, Cristoph, Yotto, Lane 8, John Monkman, Gabriel & Dresden, Diplo, and James Grant.
 
UK Singer/Songwriter Lauren L’aimant has fast become a recognised name in the dance music scene, having performed worldwide alongside acts such as Icarus, Rüfüs Du Sol, Cubicolor, Lane 8. Using her experiences in life and love, Lauren creates songs that are relatable, soulful and heartfelt. Her writing talents have seen her release records with respected labels including Anjunadeep, Toolroom, Nothing Else Matters, Colorize, Champion Records, and Love & Others

Anjunadeep, is the renowned UK label responsible for breaking acts like Lane 8, Dusky, Yotto, Ben Böhmer and Eli & Fur.

Ever since the inaugural ‘Anjunadeep 01’ in 2009, the compilation series has been a launchpad for the next generation of electronic artists.

Anjunadeep 13 sets the label’s agenda for 2022 with new and exclusive tracks across two meticulously crafted mixes. There’s label favourites Tinlicker, Lane 8, Ben Böhmer and Cubicolor, alongside rising stars such as Icarus, Bantwanas and São Miguel . This year, Jody and James are pleased to introduce Nicky Elisabeth, Steve Weston and Mona Vale, who all make their label debut on Anjunadeep 13. 

Out now, ‘Pursuit Of Happiness’, a collaboration between Jody, James and British producer MXV - a taste of what is to come from Anjunadeep 13.

GRAMMY-winning producer and one third of electronic trio NERO, Joseph Ray, announces thrilling new single ‘Cos of You’.

Joseph Ray’s ‘Cos of You’ showcases his production prowess, featuring swelling leads and rolling deep percussion. The artwork for the single borrows from the iconic 90s UK nightlife photography of Dave Swindells and hints at the influence behind Joseph Ray’s signature sound; the pulsating energy of UK house and jungle.  The track was road-tested by Joseph Ray to a heaving crowd at Anjunadeep’s sold out label takeover of iconic venue Printworks London.

This latest release comes off the back of two well-received 2022 singles released via Anjunadeep, ‘Changing Lanes’ and ‘Inhibitions’, that have amassed over 850k streams across DSP’s and garnered support from the likes of Gorgon City, Tinlicker and Qrion. This is in addition to Joseph’s 2021 collaborative album ‘Leave the Bones’, written and recorded with Haitian band Lakou Mizik and celebrated by the likes of NPR, Pitchfork, BBC Radio 1, BBC 6 Music, Worldwide FM, Billboard, and The Times. ‘Cos of You’ is out March 3 via Anjunadeep.
