Marie Fisker is from Copenhagen. In 2009 she released her critically acclaimed debut album 'Ghost Of Love' also released in Germany. She surfaced as a composer and bandleader with a  original, strong and personal sound and approach. Since then she released an exclusive vinyl EP 'Mirror Mirror Mirror Mirror' and is now ready with her 2. album 'So, Hoes & Heroes'.

The album is produced and recorded by Marie Fisker and Jakob Høyer in their studio in Copenhagen. Mixed by Ian Caple (Tindersticks/Tricky).

ON THE BEACH is the first single from the album. A tittle relating to summer and contains both a longing undercurrent and a rhythmical drive. The song is inspired by two elements as in a dynamic eternity-loop is trying to unite. About loves electrifying sparkling poles. A dilemma but a necessary one.
