"Primus Motus" (Latin for “First Movement”) is the opening soundscape of the Affectus album and the foundation of the LoJo Audio Catalyst Neural Training System.

Built at 95 bpm, this track blends ambient electronica, binaural beats, isochronic tones, nature sounds, and guided voice coaching to synchronize the athlete’s body and mind.
