I did a completely new recording and arrangement for the song "We Only Have Forever" from my latest album Dear Avalanche - the original version is very up-tempo and epic, and so it was a challenge to redo the song in a very intimate and soft way, using mainly a piano and strings.
Goes to show how different a piece of music can be, even if the notes are all the same.

This piece is an improvisation about the feeling of anticipation in me when finally summer comes with its long evenings, its mild nights and hot days ... the air is laden with thousands of scents and I enjoy the view over my terrace with everyone Lying next to the flowers and bushes in a deck chair ... simply wonderful!
