BF005 comes in the form of a single from Cologne DJ and producer Marten Sundberg. After taking a 10 year break from producing to concentrate on other things, he's back with a bang. His first release for Bullfinch, 'Deep Forest', is exactly what it says on the tin – deep. Alluring chords and an industrial soundscape lead you further and further into the darkest corners of techno, until you're lost in the warm, rolling sub bass and driving percussion.
On the flipside we have label stalwart Kapshul on remix duties. He keeps the vibe of the original but thickens the texture and ramps up the energy, with distorted synths and heavenly strings running over the top of the familiar bassline.

The main synths resound like an old disco swirl production and so you’ll have the right mood for the next bomb on this EP. “Groove Symphony“ - already a classic but never released is coming in a new version. The claps creeping in slowly, the melody is hidden behind a strong intro till the piano finally arrives and brings the production to another magic dimension.
