This work is not made for the dance floor or to entertain and dance, my intent in these tracks is to convey the journey I have experienced in the previous 4 years since I started working on these tracks, This Ep is the journey into my subconscious, which started through a lucid dream in which a human figure with the appearance of a Jaguar appeared in front of me, he was in the half-light and staring at me, He was not communicating directly but sending thoughts and feelings to me. I felt a tremendous sense of fear and he knew it and was pleased about it until he sat down beside me and at that moment the fear disappeared and a sense of sinister calm came. For the shamanic cultures of South America 'Jaguara' is the symbol of an entity that carries a message. The 'messenger' prompted me on this journey to enter the darkest depths of my mind in search of the darkness that makes my existence restless. Without judgment or cure, but only awareness of the deeper, censored sides of our consciousness. The only way of evolution is to fight against ourselves.

Thomas Darker is a psytrance project created in 2007 in Italy. His music is characterized by an obscure and deep sound with hypnotic and acid vibes connected by tribal percussions. The soundscapes are strongly inspired by spiritual and world music. Thomas starts to play electronic music as dj and after some time becomes a dark psy/psytrance music producer. Over the time his music has been influenced by different genres like goa trance, metal, and electronic experimental music and by artistic currents like surrealism and the cursed poets literature. Now Thomas Darker plays his music in many Italian and European events and at various Festival in the world as Universo parallelo in Brasil and Psy fi in Netherlands. he’s one of the Creative Jungle rec. label manager.
