Our genes are carved in ancient stone.

But sudden, we live by clocks and screens 
A prison made from modern dreams. 

He would have been the hero
In ancient times
Having knowledge and skills
Know how to survive. 

Just give him an arrow
 just give him a bow
Unlock this prison 
Just let him go
But the world have changed 
Those days are gone 
Still trying to find back home. 



A song asking questions about how we live in this modern world and how hard it could be to fit in. Especially children full of energy, life and curiosity being forced into a way of living not in line with our genes - unchanged and thousands of years old. Who we are and how do we live now? Where are we heading in a world on speed!  I want to release this soon on Spotify, but would like to get some feedback. I'm an DIY artist so it's challenging to manage everything from melodies, text, recording guitars and vocal, mixing , mastering.
