Never Alone

I decided to take another stab at creating a hopefully better sounding version of this song,  as it seems the message is relevant in these troubled times.  

I hope that heaven is a place where everyone can share the same space and  liberals and conservatives can exist in perfect harmony. Cause if you live a good life and you seal the deal and you end up in heaven how are you going to feel, if  when you get there there’s people who want to argue with you about politics

Will you let it go or will you keep on fighting even after your first Saint Peter sighting, or will you check the TV to see if there’s CNN or Fox News in Heaven. They had to pry your gun from your cold dead hand but now that you’re a soul in a spiritual land, will you still demand your second amendment rights to protect yourself in heaven.

I hope that in in heaven you can eat real steak with a bunch of vegans eating meat that’s fake, as you pose for a photo with Jesus trying to re-enact that painting of the last supper.
If you bump into that undocumented guy who you sent back to his country will you look him in the eye. Will you tell he’s not welcome in the United States part of heaven?

True story: I socialized with a guy in the late 90s who had been in a mid tier rock band (redacted) in the late 70s/early 80s. After the fame, there wasn't any money, and he had a regular everyman job like me. He had great stories, though...

She hadn’t slept. The city pulsed beneath her window—neon signs flickering like restless thoughts, traffic murmuring like distant waves. Seoul was alive, but she felt suspended in time, caught between yesterday’s weight and tomorrow’s promise.

At 4:37 a.m., she climbed to the rooftop. No destination, just instinct. The air was cool, laced with the scent of rain and jasmine tea from the corner stall below. Her breath formed clouds in the quiet, and for the first time in days, the silence didn’t feel empty—it felt sacred.

Then it happened. The horizon began to blush. A soft, golden light spilled over the skyline, brushing the buildings with warmth. It wasn’t loud. It didn’t announce itself. It simply arrived—like hope returning after a long absence.
She closed her eyes and let the sunrise touch her skin. No answers. No guarantees. Just the quiet promise that something new was beginning. 

The beat of her heart synced with the rhythm of the city waking up. And in that moment, she knew: the dream wasn’t gone. It was just waiting for the right light.

Korean Sunrise is the sound of that moment—fragile, euphoric, infinite. A trance of memory and motion. A reminder that even in the darkest hours, the dawn always finds a way.

INTENSE-LOVE 2

Bob Dylan's "Roll On John" is an elegy to John Lennon, inspired by a public minibus tour Dylan took of Lennon's childhood home in Liverpool in 2009. The song explores themes of fame, aging, and mortality, contrasting Lennon's tragic death with the enduring legacy of St. John the Apostle, another "John" who suffered but whose "light" shines on.
The Stanleys come from Liverpool and initialy made this cover from a jam session as John Lennon has always been a big influence.
The Beatles tour starts at a near by place called The Picton Clock and Dylan’s visit is well known here in Wavertree Liverpool. Our take on this song which is over 5 minutes may have a difficult time getting heard for obvious reasons. Recently it was pointed out that all the songs on Rubber Soul are around 2 minutes long.
