Tom Michael is a singer-songwriter living in Fort Worth, Texas, where he moved in 2021. Previously, Tom performed on stages and screens in New Jersey and New York City.

Born into a musical family, Tom found inspiration in rock and pop artists that span the decades. His musical style grew out of self-taught covers on acoustic guitar since age 15. Tom started performing at the University of Connecticut open mics in 2007, but he tried multiple careers before shifting to music.

In 2018, while living in New Jersey, Tom returned to performing in local bars and coffee shops, sampling the songs he had written to delighted audiences. Tom moved to Brooklyn, NY in 2019 and continued performing around New York City. As people around the world moved increasingly indoors and online amid the coronavirus pandemic, Tom took to the internet to provide comfort and entertainment where he continues to engage with his fans, turn out song covers, and drop original content. In 2020, he released his first six-track EP Live @ Greenhouse Cafe on digital platforms using smartphone audio taken at a show in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn.
