A sample of a beat I am working on that's inspired by the one and only Lex Luger. I realize a lot of people try to copy his style, but this was just to see if I could achieve the sound. 

Lex Luger Style Trap

The first full beat I'm uploading to Soundcloud. This was one of my better trap style instrumentals that was actually played at an Applebees restaurant not far from my house. The reaction to it was pleasing. I have been told this sounds like something rapper 2-Chains would use. 

Off The Chain

I honestly made this one day when I was feeling down. This is sort of a basic beat but it comes from the heart. It's kind of like a "listen to my struggle" song. 

Emotional Beat

Just another trap style beat I'm working with. Needs a lot added to it but I think it's a good start. My inspiration for this was actually from Plies - "Pocket Watchin".  They sound nothing alike but if you pay attention, the TONE of the beats are somewhat similar.

I am a creator and a designer. I work with graphics, video, and music. I've always had a passion for creativity and plan on making it big one day doing what I love.  For now, I'm attending a University and working towards a degree in Graphic Design. Although, I'm not taking music courses, this is purely just a hobby with hopes that one day, maybe it will coincide with my career. I have basically taught myself how to put sounds together and use a couple music programs. This is still very basic as I just don't have the time or money to be taught this kinda thing. I figured I'd post some samples and if people like them, then I will upload full beats for use or purchase.  I generally do "trap" style beats as I love the sound and the serious tones kind of act as a gateway for me to get through stressful times. I don't care much for a lot of the lyrics featured in rap songs, but I love beats. If this takes off, I plan on doing music production along the sides while focusing on my graphic design career. This page will also get an overhaul as soon as I have time to come up with a more artsy profile picture and banner.
