Organic Shades - Biological Machinery

The second installment on Leipzig based Weisse Elster is devoted to the more abstract spheres of electronic dance music, exploring a rather dark terrain. The EP thus contains a total of five driving, club-focused tracks that actively invite the audience to join in on a fully untethered journey through space and time. Not until the last frequencies have faded away do they return to this-worldly realms.

The first four numbers of the release are Wice originals, encompassing a wide spectrum of techno music. Whilst differing in rhythm and tempo, the individual tracks are united by an unmistakable signature and an underlying mystical aura. A trippy and incredibly energetic remix by Peryl, who took Wice's Nolade and transformed it into a real dancefloor bomb, perfectly rounds off the overall concept.

Rehcorb est une productrice et DJ originaire du sud de la France et maintenant basé à Paris. La musique a joué un grand rôle dans sa vie dès son plus jeune âge, ses parents étant de grands fans de musique rock et ses frères et sœurs écoutant beaucoup de punk et de métal. Les goûts musicaux de sa famille ont fortement influencé son style lorsqu'elle a commencé à produire de la musique électronique à l'âge de 17 ans, créant une techno mystique et brutale tout en expérimentant d'autres styles. Au fil des années, son goût musical s'est développé et ses productions plus récentes peuvent être décrites comme de la house minimale et de l'électro sombres et atmosphériques utilisant une combinaison de battements rythmiques forts et une ligne de basse solide.

En 2016, Rehcorb a sorti son premier EP sur le label allemand, International Clan et a depuis sorti sur des labels comme Samani, 324 Records, Recordeep et Archipel. En 2021, elle a sorti son premier album, nommé 'Unreleased Vol.1',  composé de musique inédite produite au cours des dernières années, suivi de son EP, 'Simulascrum' sur le label de Ramona Yacef, Lescale Recordings et d'un remix pour Lydsten sur Enlace Records. Elle a également participé au lancement et a été membre du collectif parisien, le Venus Club, qui promeut les nouveaux talents féminins émergents dans l'industrie de la musique électronique.

Snippets Técnica V/A "Distinctive Functionality"

The concept for Schacke’s, Apocalyptic Decadence was thought out during the dark days of the first lockdown in 2020, it is essentially about the desire for hedonism and excess being amplified when faced with apocalyptic omens and the annihilation of the familiar.

When faced with destruction, the psyche approaches a duality, it can either swallow the pill of bitter realism or withdraw and escape into the imaginal, constructing a world of hedonism and pleasure, the paradox of the latter, which the album explores, is that this approach only accelerates the process of impending doom and the delusion that through the pursuit of eschatological pleasure, the world might be orgasmically reborn.

Apocalyptic Decadence sees Schacke exploring the full spectrum of his musical discography, taking inspiration from the industrial, dark and rough sounds from his early days, combining it with the hyper-sensuality of his later works. The sound is twisted, psychological, sex-fixated and intoxicating.

The album can be considered the 3rd part in his “Pleasuredome Series”, following his prior two releases on Instruments Of Discipline: ‘Welcome To The Pleasuredome’ & ‘Artificial Intercourse’.

On Time Dilation, Jad Sabbah toys with the fabric of perception, offering four sleek cuts that stretch house and progressive grooves into alternate timelines. Synths shimmer like déjà vu, rhythms loop with uncanny precision—everything feels familiar, yet just out of reach. Time bends and stalls like a bullet frozen mid-air, pulling dancers into a state where cause and effect blur. Think slow-motion strobe lights, sweat in suspended animation, and the moment before the bass drops—forever extended. A record for those who sense the code beneath the surface.

Stainless Rain

I have a musical motto: 

Digging through hypnotics, guided by grooves. 

This applies as a main principle in my life as well: The hypnotics are represented by those confusing and introspective moments, meant for us to grow up, followed by the need of will and courage to roll forward, without fears (grooves). 

I’m Thomas Rob, Techno DJ/Producer and Astrologer. I always had that inner urge meant to prove to the world that it's okay to be different and at the same time, that you don't have to choose between your pleasures if you can do both and make you happy. Also, I believe that life is about a constant knowledge development and evolution. So, I’m spreading my vision and thoughts about life through a high-detailed hypno music, meant to generate meditative states of being. 

After a long period of music discoveries and experienced feelings, during which my musical tastes started to develop from the big room and industrial side of techno, I suddenly felt in love with Berlin's underground movement before 2020, a moment which made me spread my vision in a more mental and hypnotic way, touched by rolling and repetitive grooves. I felt that I recovered a lost part of my soul. 

I consider that ,,the hypno groove,, could turn on that necessary ,,eargasm,, ,meant to keep intense and profound trips for the crowd since the start until the end of the playtime.  If I would describe my music in a few words, I would point it out a total generator of inner freedom and deep states of counsciousness.

,,It's like the light at the end of the tunnel''.
