Gyvenimas tarsi amerikietiški kalneliai - pilnas pakilimų ir nuosmukių. Kiekvieno žmogaus gyvenime būna dienų, kai atrodo, jog viskas prarasta ir keliauji vis žemyn. Įkvėpimas tapo puikiu vaikino palydovu gyvenime - ERRANT per trejus metus jau spėjo užkariauti kitų šokėjų širdis įvairiuose renginiuose, tokiuose kaip Darkroom, Ištvermė bei visiems puikiai žinomame festivalyje - Cape Kablys. Atlikėjo slapyvardis ERRANT išvertus reiškia "paklydęs" ir tai puikiai apibūdina vaikino muzikos stilių - pastoviai besikeičiantis, nuo indie ir dark disco iki ebm, breaks, electro bei techno. Į pagalbą pasitelkdamas įvairius muzikos stilius ERRANT bando atrasti save. Tad pasileiskite į nenuspėjamą garsų kelionę, galbūt joje atrasite įkvėpimo gyvenimo pokyčiams.

They emerge from the grounds and the skies to leave their mark on everything that can be perceived by ungodly eyes.
Gorged with desire they leave those with no vision, to be starving for more…more of everything that the flesh could want.
Minds wander elsewhere,
deemed insane by the psychotic.
They all want to live in an utopic world
but they can’t imagine one.
Jupiter is dead.
Beyond saving.
The little gods wander among other savage beasts
driven by the unknown,
guided by hubris,
the loveliest companion for this kin.

The Local Selection series returns to the techno capital of Ireland, Mullingar, as Mutate boss man Jay Carroll steps for an impressive 2 hour mix with an array of techno delights.

Jay began DJing at ripe age of 16 and by 18 he was asked to be resident at Disco Nouveau, a long running underground club night in his hometown of Mullingar. Fast forward a couple of years and he was invited to be resident at Twelfth Planet until he decided to begin his own journey as an independent promoter.

With a career spanning well over a deacde Jay has graced some of Irelands most iconic venues such as; Tripod, The Tivoli Theatre, The Twisted Pepper and more. The Twisted Pepper (now Wigwam) has been home to many of Jay’s show’s and provided cathartic techno experiences for many punters.

Since 2013 Mutate Events has been focused on bringing quality techno to Dublin with such artists as; Jeroen Search, Roman Lindau, Lewis Fautzi, Stefan Vincent, Abstract Division, Tensal, Abdulla Rashim, Tripeo, Mama Snake, Volvox, Amotik, Jamaica Suk, Rune Bagge, Héctor Oaks, Silent Servant, UVB, Charlton, RIVET along with many, many more. You get the jist…Jay most definitely knows what he’s at.

Working alongside and garnering support from some of the longest running nights Ireland has to offer such as Jamie Behan’s Bastardo Electrico, Subject, Life Festival & Research, he has given his all to promoting a vibrant underground scene for the capital. He has a bi-weekly radio show on Ireland’s number one online radio station, alongside his residents, UNTHINK, Corner, Exit the Void & Niall Cleary on Dublin Digital Radio, where he showcases the best upcoming talent Ireland’s techno scene has to offer. 

This mix offers a slice of what Jay is all about, an ensemble of techno of various sorts rolled into a warped two hour trip. Jay made a point of playing unreleased music from various Irish producers including Aero, Fyun, David O’neil, Offtrack and more. A smooth yet carnivorous trip around Jay’s back catalogue leaves the listener on the edge of their seat, unsure of what gnarly turn the mix might take next. This is the techno equivalent of a page turner novel.

Amperia aka Aurelia Dinamita: Queer, non binary, Berlin-based raver, club worker, record collector and DJ. Resident and curator of Autopoiesis and poly|motion podcasts. Under Aurelia Dinamita runs the post punk-wave queer events Dis/Tanz and Trash me.

Amperia (she, he, they) started in 2005 in Madrid working as a promoter in the underground goth scene, she noticed the lack of women and trans behind tech creating the music and mixing it.

In 2010 she moved to Berlin and started to DJ in DIY events to create a better party space for FLINTA people. 

In 2012 they started the queer party line Trash Me which became an success in Berlin’s post punk night life. Amperia also conceptualized and developed the FLINTA party lines Dis/Tanz a sex positive wave-postpunk soliparty and Autopoesis: whose focus was is to empower women and trans* people in the night scene through loud, fat, and buzzy beats.

In 2016 she joined the SoundSysters Crew and has been an amazing force of inspiration and solidarity. She offers DJ Workshops, generously sharing expertise and empowering people to mix sound and to be loud and powerful.

Around 2018 joined another party crew, this time based on sexy down pitched techno with also a strong focus on FLINTA acts: poly|motion.

When he’s not DJing, works as a light and sound technician in different venues and public events.

I have a musical motto: 

Digging through hypnotics, guided by grooves. 

This applies as a main principle in my life as well: The hypnotics are represented by those confusing and introspective moments, meant for us to grow up, followed by the need of will and courage to roll forward, without fears (grooves). 

I’m Thomas Rob, Techno DJ/Producer and Astrologer. I always had that inner urge meant to prove to the world that it's okay to be different and at the same time, that you don't have to choose between your pleasures if you can do both and make you happy. Also, I believe that life is about a constant knowledge development and evolution. So, I’m spreading my vision and thoughts about life through a high-detailed hypno music, meant to generate meditative states of being. 

After a long period of music discoveries and experienced feelings, during which my musical tastes started to develop from the big room and industrial side of techno, I suddenly felt in love with Berlin's underground movement before 2020, a moment which made me spread my vision in a more mental and hypnotic way, touched by rolling and repetitive grooves. I felt that I recovered a lost part of my soul. 

I consider that ,,the hypno groove,, could turn on that necessary ,,eargasm,, ,meant to keep intense and profound trips for the crowd since the start until the end of the playtime.  If I would describe my music in a few words, I would point it out a total generator of inner freedom and deep states of counsciousness.

,,It's like the light at the end of the tunnel''.
