Each day someone dies untimely, the sad story that follows is usually attributed to either carelessness or whatever prompts the death.
But at this moment, the situation of untimely death in my country Nigeria is not because of carelessness, but as a result of Reckless Rage living Souls Perished untimely.
When we read, watch or listen to such news, what we readily do is to Sympathize. And its not like sympathy is not enough, I mean we're suppose to express our feeling of sadness towards the lost.

But thereafter what happens next, almost nothing, people return to their normal activities and the killing continues. Innocent souls perish almost daily, some we hear of and some we don't.

The concern then is should we remain comfortable and watch this killing a normal routine, isn't there something we can do, a measure we can employ to end the violence?

Honestly sympathy is not enough, because that pain you feel that prompts your sympathy over the lost becomes real and translate to tears when the killing happens to someone you know.

Wake up everybody, this is not a time to sit in your sofa and just do the Ooo those innocent souls perish like that. And let's not deceive ourselves with the may there innocent soul rest in peace because truly the way I see it they won't rest in peace when all we do is sympathize and thereafter return to our comfort while the killing continues.

If there is anything you can do to honor the innocent fallen, that will be to join your capacity in advocacy for peace and nonviolence. Every soul is important as yours and the concern you show today can start the growth of change. Let's not wait till it happens to someone we know, to Us, before we begin to act. Do something now.
