The title is pretty self explanatory, but the instrumental is called pray for me which I found on YouTube. Usually I create my own beats but this one inspired me to write. 

I had it playing for a while and created the hook. The verse comes from a place of confusion and sorrow yet strength. Panning across my life from a young boy to now and flickering between those two points, I was also feeling stuck whilst writing these. But being stuck is only a moment and subconsciously I know that, however it doesn’t change our experience being human.

Strength is the raw ingredient in anything I create but weaknesses have to be addressed too. Music is my way of releasing the battle that goes on inside and in these lyrics especially I expressed that. 

I do hope you enjoy this and you get something from it. Even if that is simply the way it sounds.
