Eery, chilling, and building, creates an atmosphere full of tension and builds steadily from there. 

A nuanced, modern and completely original soundtrack to William Shakespeare's final play 'The Tempest'. This soundtrack adds another dimension to the show, building a variety of immersive atmospheres to compliment the on-stage performance as well as heightening the show’s emotion. The soundtrack features a a wide variety of instruments including orchestral, hybrid and solo strings; orchestral woodwinds, orchestral and cinematic brass; orchestral, cinematic and industrial percussion; a range of synths; vocals; SFX; and a Middle Eastern ensemble including instruments such as: tombak, saz, zurna, ney, oud, davul and riq.

Thomas Gray is an emerging Australian composer. Currently based in Adelaide, where he is completing his undergraduate studies at the Elder Conservatorium of Music, Thomas is originally from North Queensland. Thomas’ composition teachers at the Elder Conservatorium of Music so far have included Charles Bodman Rae, Anne Cawrse and Dylan Crismani, he has also studied composition and clarinet with Dr Mark Smith.
