With a large presence and magnetism that lights up any room, Gene Farris has long been one of our favorite people. He has the enthusiasm and energy of an eager young artist, but with one glance at his 20+ year discography and globe-trotting DJ gigs, it’s easy to quickly see what a storied career he’s had.

We’ve brought Gene out to play our Dirtybird BBQs and Campouts and he’s appeared on the label several times over the years on compilations and collabs, so as someone that stands out from the crowd as much as Gene, “Space Girl” is the perfect representation of those qualities—huge, full of energy and will light up any room.
