The delfín rosado (pink river dolphin, Inia geoffrensis) lives in the Amazonas region and is  an endangered species due to human acticvities . My mix is a selection of deep  latin american influenced organic house beats between 95 -105 bpm live recorded with Traktor 3 presenting:

El delfín rosado (Inia geoffrensis)

Ayahuasca is the name of a ceremonial drink in the Amazon region, which changes the state of consciousness and perception and whose tradition has been preserved to the present day. The Ayahuasca DJ team, formed by Angélica Mora (Perú) and Thorsten Rothenbacher (Germany) in Darmstadt / Germany, takes this idea as a model and combines traditional with modern electronic music, which draws both Latin American and European audiences into its beat. Enjoy this refreshing and danceable last Mischpauke in 2021!

Funkentanz Festival 2024

Live Recording of the Astromalia II dancing ritual. I started in a great decorated room (done by OOM Decoration, https://www.instagram.com/oom_decoration/) after a a great Cacao ceremony combined with Ecstatic Dancing by Captain K & I got the crowd from the horizontal position back into dancing - it was great.

As well this weekend was the start of the ASTRO collective, the spontaneous B2B Set with Jones and beginning of Urban Shamans Project (check out https://soundcloud.com/urbanshamansproject) and the start for some absolutely great sober parties I am very thankful for.

Think about your intention/ wish for the new year
Start the mix 
@0min: start dancing
@15min: Dance the current state, in which your wish is missing
@20min: Dance how you feel wish the missing wish
@25min: Dance the need for your wish
@30min: Dance the implementation of you wish
@40min: Dance that your wish is implemented
@45min: Enjoy the dancing with the wish which is now a part of you

Alternatively feel as well invited just to dance and have fun without following the instruction :-)

Bio: Music has always been a constant factor in the life of THORAYA. He started his career as a DJ in 2013 by combining different musical styles from Latin America. As resident DJ of the Club Latinoamericano Darmstadt, he influenced the region around Darmstadt and Frankfurt with his mixture of latin genres with electronic dance music, alone as Ayahuasca DJ or as part of the Ayahuasca DJ-Team. Developing his style over a decade, he felt the call for change and continued spreading his music under the name he received from the universe: THORAYA.
