I write chamber music on an Apple Macbook Pro using Logic. In 2021, I switched to using physically modelled instruments made by Audio Modeling and things started sounding MUCH better. All "performances" are created by Logic. I write it all as traditional music, but only the notes. I don't bother with trying to put in all the dynamics any more. If anyone wanted to try playing any of them with real instruments, I would be happy to send you sheet music.
