A song I wrote for the magic I experience with a special individual *sigh*. This song has been introduced to the Facebook community with some great attention to detail and awesome feedback from my circle of friends in what to aim for sound-wise when mixing. Special thanks to Reuben Rova, Elise Smith, Raymond Owens, Calen Orion, and Brandon Harm for giving valuable and well considered tips on improving this already awesome mix! These Hurts & Pains

An older song that needed to be redone. I like the new sound. Compare old Bittersweet Unsatisfying with the new one.

This whole song was done not using an interface, but with a built in laptop microphone and earbuds. Literally. I was a novice and did a left guitar right bass thing though and it opened up my vocals more.

Bittersweet Unsatisfying (Redone)

Originally done by myself, this song needed much help being re-recorded, remixed, and remastered. I did the drums in Fruity Loops and had Adam Kipp sit in on the Bass Guitar. Then went home with the results and threw Electric Guitar, Synth, and Vocals into the mix. After spending countless hours and exhausting many plugins as well as my CPU bandwidth this is what we came up with. I wrote this song about how relationships once were everything to us, and over time with our own concerns they begin to deteriorate or crumble away... I hope you enjoy this as much as I enjoyed creating it, and let me know honestly what you think about the whole track.

A video for this song will be released when i get around to it.

This song is a huge, triumphant, slap in the face to all the naysayers out there. If you don't support someone you don't have to show it. 

Let them do their purposes will. Amazing how powerful supporting others can be! Some use the support for encouragement, others whatever. I do know that whenever someone tells me I can't do something, I look them dead in the eye and say, "watch me."

Falling Up (Old)

I ran a low pass filter over the top of the whole track. I know it isn't the best approach to taking down the cymbals but it sure is faster for now. It sounds much more clear and less cloudy by the loud cymbals.
