“Progress” is a mantra I wrote for anyone rebuilding, after heartbreak, burnout, trauma, or just life. The phrase “Restart, reset, refocus” became my own survival loop, and I wanted to offer it to others. It’s not about perfection, it’s about getting back up, again and again.
