From the burning sands of Arizona, Thra is a four piece extreme metal band that takes their influence from death, grind, doom, and sludge metal.They are currently preparing to relinquish their first offering of concussive force called "Mourn". 

The band was formed by Guitarist, Rob Pennington and bassist, Zach Nixon-Sandberg late in the year of 2016. Forged within the midst of grief, with the intentions of overcoming. The overall tones portray emotions of mournful spite, embodied by a bludgeoning rhythm section.

"Mourn" is set to be released digitally December 8th, 2017 on thra.bandcamp.com. With that, Thra plans on touring relentlessly to expand their realm of influence towards new eyes and ears by consistently pummeling new audiences across the globe with their array of noise.
