This is a recording of a live set I performed at Strange Brew in Bristol on the 14th of April. It was the opening set for a gig supporting James Holden, a fairly full circle experience for me as James was one of the first Electronic Music artists I started listening to about 10 years ago or so. 

I only had about a week to write and prep this show. It kind of came out as one piece of music that centres around the theme (and a cover) of Avril 14th. A little mini Delay Grounds tribute to Aphex Twin. 

It's a 110bpm spacey and emotional chugger of a 45 minute listen.

Neukila is a DJ from Mexico City and a member of the Black Ratio Movement. He is known for his passion for alternative music in digital format, being an avid collector and searcher of new sounds. His initial inspiration came from YouTube turntabling sessions and a frustrated attempt at break dancing to funky and break beat music. These experiences influenced his determination to become a DJ, specializing in percussive genres, sensitive frequencies and critical climaxes.


Adeller is a DJ and producer from CDMX. He has released music on labels such as NofutureBerlin, T.A.U, POAT Records, Ghetto Witchez  and Rawa Club to mention a few.
His mixes and productions tend to have latin rhythms as well as deep atmospheres and textures with experimental sounds seeking to influence the emotional and mental state of the listener through the creation of emotional soundscapes.

CTM ventured into the virtual for the first time, via a new collaboration with Minecraft venue Club Matryoshka. Welcoming a series of singular club voices, the night explored new modes of listening, connecting, and being together even as clubs and venues remain closed. Hyph11e was one of 17 artists that contributed their unique, forward-thinking sounds to soundtrack the night.

Founded in 2019, Club Matryoshka is an international virtual venue, home and safe haven to underground and unorthodox music mutants. Based in the Philippines and built in Minecraft, Club Matryoshka was founded and developed by a community of gamers, artists, and musicians. similarobjects, dot.jaime, cavill, ahju$$i, JohnPope, and Maengo69 felt a lack of freedom and acceptance in club scenes, both in Manila and abroad, and sought alternative avenues for sharing their work and finding community. The club opened in July 2019, barely a year before COVID-19 would bring in-person events and nightlife to a halt.
