It’s only right we made our first addition to the 2022 guest mix series a big one… 

We’re proud to share the sounds of @oliver-rant for the 41st edition of the SOLITUDE series 💥 

His mix dives through so many styles in an hour long journey. Technically speaking it’s up there with some of the best we’ve dropped so far. Ollie pulls out some proper skills - he shifts BPM’s and bounces through genres. He brings it dark and heavy, but also has a bunch of chord led soulful tunes throughout. 

Ollie Rant is a veteran of the underground scene with a heavy passion for garage at the forefront of his sets and productions. If you follow us there’s a strong chance you already know how he does it - the man’s level of talent is crazy high ✈️ 

He’s done a lot since he started to DJ back in 2010 - he’s toured Europe, played at Glastonbury and Reading and is also a resident over at @balamii, putting out regular mixes packed to the brim with the rarest of dubs and unrivalled selections. We suggest you check his December show with @rizlateef111 - unbelievably sick. Also don’t miss his takeovers on @threadsradio, they’re equally wicked n bad. Since pushing his production skills from around 2019, Ollie has has releases on @hardlinesounds, @3feetdeep_records and Manchester based @dansudiscs to reel off a few. 

He’s also a well respected tutor at the wicked @londonsoundacademy, inspiring a new wave of artists on their journeys via mixing and production lessons. NUFF respect for that. If you need some guidance with your mixing or production, you know where to go 💕
